In short

This website uses no cookies, has no traffic analytics and loads no third-party scripts. The only personal data I process is what you send me when you write to me by email.

Data collected by the website

None. The site is made of static pages: there are no forms, cookies or identifiers. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep technical logs for a short time, such as IP address, date and time and page requested, for security and operation of the service, under its own terms.

Data you send me

When you write to me by email I receive your name, the address you write from and the content of the message. I use this data only to reply.

• Legal basis: replying to your request (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
• Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request.
• Disclosure to third parties: none for marketing purposes.

Linked websites

Links to criterio.cloud lead to the website of CRITERIO, a trademark of ENJOY SRL, which has its own privacy notice. If you write to CRITERIO about a project, ENJOY SRL is the controller of that data.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to it, by writing to me@emiliosalmeri.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

If something changes, for example if I add a cookie-free statistics tool, I will update this page and the date at the top.
