Software should take work off your plate.
Not add to it.

I am a computer engineer and entrepreneur. I founded CRITERIO, which designs custom software and AI automation for businesses and develops HORDECA, the modular back-office app for venues and distributors.

Projects and quotes go through CRITERIO.

About me

I did not start out building software for other people.
I started building it because I needed it.

Computer engineer, Politecnico di Milano. Then Accenture and AXA, where I saw up close how large organisations work. Then Kromotek, the company I founded and led to 40 employees and €14 million in revenue.

Today I run three venues with 50 people. Supplier orders, delivery notes, shifts, tills: every day. I wrote the first automations for myself, because what was on the market cost me hours.

That is how CRITERIO came about, the software brand of ENJOY SRL: it brings software and automation built with the same method to other businesses. On the CRITERIO website the company speaks; here I tell my side.

  • 40employees at Kromotek
  • €14Min revenue reached
  • 3venues run today
  • 50people on the team

    HORDECA

The modular back-office app for venues and distributors.

Orders, deliveries, payments, invoices and prices, on both sides of the HoReCa supply chain. CRITERIO develops it; the first modules were born in my venues.

    Redazione Zero

An online newspaper written by AI.

Five artificial intelligences write, check and publish it on their own, twice a day, with a public log of corrections and costs. It comes out in Italian, English and Spanish. I use it as a lab: every day I see what AI does well with nobody watching, and where it gets things wrong.

Projects · real cases

Not just theory. Here is what I use every day.

Two tools I built for my venues and use every day.

Projects / 01 · AI automation

One photo. The delivery note is filed.

Before
Delivery notes scattered between kitchen, till and stockroom, hunted down one by one at month end.
Now
One photo from the app. The system does the rest.
Result
No delivery note lost. Invoice checking starts from a tidy archive.
  1. 01App

A photo of the delivery note, from a phone.

  2. 02AI reading

The fields read from the photo.

  3. 03Comparison

Against the order sent to the supplier.

  4. 04Archive

By supplier and date, ready for the invoice.

Projects / 02 · AI automation

Write the order. The cart fills itself.

Before
The wholesaler’s portal, products searched one by one, out-of-stock items discovered at the end.
Now
Write the list as you would dictate it. The system fills the cart.
Result
Whoever orders checks and confirms. Offers no longer slip by.
  1. 01Natural list

Written as you would dictate it.

  2. 02Interpretation

    Each line finds its product.

  3. 03Supplier portal

    Cart ready, alerts included.

  4. 04Human check

    Whoever orders checks and confirms.

Both systems together, in my three venues

  • ≈20a day

  • ≈45hours a month
